Sara Clem has been dedicated to the advancement of yoga, health, and wellness for over a decade. With a distinctive gift for weaving movement, mindfulness, nutrition and nature into a cohesive platform, Sara has a unique ability to blend disparate health practices into a comprehensive program suitable for everyone.

Sara is the founder of Salveo Yoga and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, as well as a Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT) through the Yoga Alliance. Additional certifications include E-RYT and YACEP, Certified Shinrin - Yoku Forest Bathing
