Begin with an introductory forest bathing experience, led by certified Forest Bathing instructor Sara Clem of Salveo Yoga. As we wander the tranquil trails of Longview Farm Park, let the crisp winter air and gentle whispers of nature calm your mind and uplift your spirit. Each step invites emotional and physical rejuvenation, setting the tone for a deeply restorative experience. Afterward, step into the warmth of our rustic barn, where soft candlelight and the comforting aroma of wood create the perfect ambiance. Nestle in for an immersive sound bath that gently guides you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. We’ll conclude the afternoon with a heartwarming cacao ceremony, savoring the rich, indulgent flavors of ceremonial dark chocolate.
